At jornatolosa.com, I take pride in my artwork and want you to love your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please review the policy below and reach out—I’m happy to help!
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of my artwork, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I will work with you to find a solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
I will review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or carrier.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not possible. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
