1. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, and content on this Website are the property of Jorna Tolosa and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent.

2. Ordering & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may be subject to change without notice.

  • Orders are placed through the order form on our website. Once submitted, you will receive instructions to complete payment via Venmo or Zelle.

  • Orders are not confirmed until full payment has been received.
  • Payment must be made within 72 hours of receiving instructions to complete payment. If payment is not received within this time frame, the order may be canceled.
  • Please ensure that the payment is sent correctly. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect payment details.

  • All prints are made to order. Production begins after payment is received.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard shipping is included in all listed prices—there are no extra shipping costs at checkout.

  • We currently only ship within the United States.

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days before shipment.

  • Shipping Time: 3-5 business days (Standard) or 2-4 business days (Expedited).

  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or damaged items once they are with the carrier.

  • If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your print arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. A replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Website Use & Restrictions

  • You agree not to use this Website for unlawful purposes or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights.

  • Any unauthorized use of our Website content may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website, products, or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
